– You can make an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product and the product must be in its original condition 

How to make a refund or exchange:

1- Contact our customer service through WhatsApp or through our pages (Facebook and Instagram) 

2- Explain the order number and mobile number.

3- Explain the reason for the exchange or return and the product to be exchanged.

4- In case there is a complaint about the product or the product does not conform to the displayed image, the issue shall be clarified with clear pictures within two days of receipt at the latest.

5- “Next Zonee” will bear the full shipping costs in the event that The product is defective or the wrong size or product was sent.

6- In case the replacement or return is due to a reason other than the above, the customer will bear the shipping cost (replacement 45c – return 90c)

7- If an issue arises with the product after use, contact customer service and send a detailed written explanation and clear photos at the same time as the issue arises.

8- In case the product requires inspection, the product will be received and inspected by the quality department and the customer will be answered within 1 to 3 days maximum from the arrival of the product at the company’s headquarters with the appropriate action with the status of the product.

9- In case the customer benefited from a raw offer and after replacement or return violated the terms of the offer, the offer will be canceled.

10 – Replacement parts are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
